Meet The Ride

While on THE RIDE, you’ll meet your hosts Scott and Jackie. You’ll also meet a cross section of New Yorkers… some of them part of the show and others simply part of the city. Half the fun is figuring out which is which.

Our locals, visitors, dreamers, schemers and people from every corner of the Earth are what make NYC unlike any other place you'll ever experience. On THE RIDE, we celebrate that and understand that no matter what time it is or where in the city you happen to be, exciting things are happening. Yeah, like right now!

Meet The Big Guns

From the people who dreamt it up to the performers who bring it to life, the creative team behind THE RIDE has some major street cred.

Our founders, producers and writers have credits that resemble a must-see TV line-up, including “Late Night with David Letterman,” “The Colbert Report,” “Saturday Night Live” and “Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn.”

Get the scoop on just a few of the brains who helped bring THE RIDE to life. After all, they deserve a little recognition.

Jonathan P. Danforth

Jonathan P. Danforth | Director and President/CEO

For more than twenty-five years, Mr. Danforth has led and grown service-based businesses in the incentive travel, transportation, and special event industries. He recently served as CEO of Silvercast Inc., a worldwide event planning company specializing in corporate, non-profit, and association events. Having founded the company in 2008, Mr. Danforth has since created an entertainment division producing concerts. Previously, he served as President and CEO of BostonCoach Corporation, a Fidelity Investment-owned company, where he elevated the brand from an airport transfer service to a premium global transportation company and doubled the size of the company in 4 years. Under his leadership, NPG grew to become one of the industry’s top tier firms and was recognized by the parent company as one of its most profitable divisions.

Mr. Danforth’s career at Navigant International began when it acquired his company, Cornerstone Enterprises, a single source incentive, meeting, and special event provider to Fortune 500 corporations including companies such as Goldman Sachs, Colgate-Palmolive, and IBM. He established Cornerstone Enterprises by merging two other companies he had founded over the prior decade, Destination Management, Inc. and Incentive Strategies.
